Anurag has been part of a pioneering team of individuals involved in conceptualizing and executing the franchising of microfinance across India.
At Intellecap, he specifically focuses on assisting early stage multiple bottom-line (social, environmental and financial) enterprises in accessing growth capital in the form of equity investments.[More]
He has been involved in carrying out valuations for most of the leading microfinance institutions in India and has also assisted some of these institutions in their fund raising efforts.

Aparajita Agrawal

Aparajita joined Intellecap as one of its first employees in 2004. Today she oversees assignments and initiatives related to content and event management, knowledge building, and social entrepreneurship driven by the Knowledge & Insights Group.[More]
More specifically, Aparajita manages Intellecap’s publications – Microfinance Insights and Beyond Profit, and Intellecap’s sector-focused annual events – Srijan and Sankalp. She is also responsible for the knowledge portal, Microfinance Gateway that Intellecap manages for
CGAP/World Bank, and for organizing industry-based theme events.
Before joining Intellecap, Aparajita worked with
CARE India for two years on microfinance and livelihoods initiatives.

Atreya Rayaprolu

Atreya’s focus at Intellecap is investment banking services. He has led multiple engagements with international funds, identifying investment potential in various sectors that positively impact social development.[More]
Atreya also works closely with enterprises to develop and maintain long-term strategic advisory relationships. He advises clients on structuring social venture capital funds.
Atreya has led the ‘India Development Gateway’ initiative, incubated within Intellecap that focuses on facilitating capital allocation to scalable enterprises with a positive social or environmental impact. This initiative uses an innovative model of co-investments that attempts to bring a diverse international investor community into the development space.
His expertise is investment advisory and he has a deep understanding of technology. Before joining Intellecap, he was with
ICICI Bank, structuring and raising offshore funds for investments in Small and Medium Enterprises (
SME) in emerging economies.

Manju Mary George

Manju leads the Business Consulting team. She brings on board extensive experience in facilitating promotion of financial services delivery and enterprise development among low-income producer and consumer segments. [More]
Manju works on development of business strategy and operations planning for entrepreneurs, investors, foundations, corporate entities and bankers, who focus on multiple bottom-line spaces such as microfinance, rural livelihoods, healthcare, sustainable energy, agri-business, water, and sanitation.
Prior to joining Intellecap, Manju was a consultant with Kudumbashree, a state level microfinance, micro enterprise, and livelihoods initiative of the Government of Kerala. There, she was involved in strategic planning, implementation, and performance monitoring of microfinance and micro enterprise operations and in liaising with market players, community representatives, and policy makers.

Sanjib Jha
Vice President, Investment Banking
Sanjib is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with an additional responsibility on the Investment Banking side as its Vice President. He joined Intellecap in October 2009 and brings in more than 11 years of rich experience in business planning, M&A, transaction structuring, negotiation, execution, deal closure and portfolio management, MIS, financial accounting, relationship management with institutional investors / venture capital funds, key vendors.[More]
Prior to Intellecap, Sanjib was involved in setting up Lok Capital in India. At Lok, he was also responsible for investments with major Indian MFIs. Prior to Lok, Sanjib worked with Actis, where he concentrated on transactions in the financial services,
FMCG, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors.

Shree Ravindranath

Shree has been associated with Intellecap since 2005, as part of the team that started the company’s office in Hyderabad (India).
